The contractor shall deliver, install, and support one complete system including the MiniBox+ device, MiniBox+ cart, 3-liter calibration syringe, DLCO gas regulators, HL7 configuration and kit license, extended warranty, installation and training services, a five-year manufacturer warranty, and one hundred filters. The system must perform spirometry, DLCO, and lung volume measurements while utilizing a gasless, cabinless design for space efficiency and portability. Integration with existing RPMS/EHR systems via HL7 interfaces is required, with no modifications to the EHR system itself permitted beyond existing approved interfaces.

The contractor is responsible for equipment delivery, setup, testing, software configuration, user and technical training, and warranty support documentation. Installation and training must be performed by qualified manufacturer or authorized vendor personnel on the day of delivery, with functional testing required prior to acceptance. The system requires no routine preventive maintenance or maintenance kits; however, the contractor must provide replacement parts or loaner devices via overnight shipment for component failures. The contractor shall respond to service calls within twenty-four hours (excluding weekends and federal holidays) and resolve issues within forty-eight hours. All work must comply with IHS, HHS, and DHS security compliance requirements, with no access to IHS servers or patient information permitted. The five-year manufacturer warranty period begins upon acceptance, and the contractor bears all shipping costs for warranty repairs or factory returns.
