About this file
This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued by the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW) for the procurement of Keyence flow measurement devices. The solicitation (Quotation Number PF250334TC) seeks to acquire five flow meters and related accessories, specifically: 4 FD-R200 Clamp-on Digital Flow Meters (Max 2500 G/min, 6 to 8"), 1 FD-R125 Clamp-on Digital Flow Meter (Max 990 G/min, 4 to 5"), 5 MS2-H100 Switching Power Supplies, 5 OP-88196 M12 Power Supply Cables, and 5 FD-RP1 Clamp-on Digital Flow Meter Display Protection Covers. The quotation is due by June 2, 2025, at 12:00 Noon, with a required delivery date of June 30, 2025. The contract allows for potential future purchase orders under the same terms within one year of the award.
The RFQ includes specific provisions for small businesses and veteran-owned businesses, with the intent to award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder from these categories. There is a 3% bid preference for vendors who do not require employees to sign mandatory arbitration clauses or class action waivers. Payment terms are net 30 days, processed after satisfactory delivery and acceptance of goods. The solicitation emphasizes environmental considerations, specifically requesting packaging without PCBs (polychlorinated biphenyls) and color or dyes. The estimated contract value is under $150,000, which influences the procurement approach and potential vendor selection criteria.
