Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife Request for Quotation Amendment

Quotation No.:

PF240397CE

Title:

WDFW Stop Sticks, Piranha Tire Deflators, Training and Hit Kits

Date issued: August 16, 2024

Amendment No: 1

Purpose: This amendment amends the required delivery from a specific date to a length of time after receipt of order.

All other terms, conditions, and specifications remain unchanged.

Attachments: None

Required delivery date currently reads:

With no exceptions the delivery date shall be on or before September 30th, 2024, by close of business day.

Amended to:

Required delivery day is 45 calendar days after receipt of order (ARO)

Rationale: Required bid closing date is August 28th, 2024, 12:00 noon. With analysis time and required debriefing, it may not be awarded with sufficient time to allow a vendor to be able to delivery by September 30, 2024. However, a 45-day allotment is a reasonable delivery time allowance
