RFQ # PF240098AW – Biosonics DTX Echosounder and 200kHz Transducer and Accessories
SPECIFICATIONS FOR: BIOSONICS DTX ECHOSOUNDER AND 200KHZ
TRANSDUCER AND ACCESSORIES.
PURPOSE: We need to purchase a Biosonics DTX Echosounder and 200kHz split beam Transducer and accessories for upcoming Lake Washington project. We need the associated cables and calibration sphere to calibrate equipment. This will be deployed in the Ship Canal to help monitor out-migrating salmonids from the Lake Washington Basin. The split beam will be used alongside existing ARIS multibeam system to extend the range of our sampling capabilities.
Note: Polychlorinated biphenyls, commonly known as PCBs, have adverse effects on human health and the environment. Accordingly, the State of Washington through its procurement of goods is trying to minimize the purchase of products with PCBS and to incentive its vendors to sell products and products in packaging without them. WDFW respectfully requests any packaging be without color or dyes.
