The event will take place from February 19-26, 2026, in Utah, with the contractor responsible for providing a biathlon facility capable of hosting 120 participants and 20 support personnel. Key requirements include a venue below 6,500 feet elevation, trails for three race types (10km Sprint, 12.5km Pursuit, and 15km Patrol), a biathlon range with minimum 30 targets, and a competition stadium with essential facilities.

The contractor must provide comprehensive event support services, including snow-making and grooming to ensure at least 12 inches of snow coverage, nightly trail maintenance, and precise biathlon timing services meeting International Biathlon Union (IBU)/USA Biathlon standards.
