Performance Work Statement for CPER in Nunn Colorado office.
Central Plains Experimental Range, 58009 Weld County Rd. 37, Nunn, CO 80648.
Servicing schedule.
Lunchroom area to be cleaned 1X weekly between May 1 – 15 Oct ( VCT tile 152 sq.ft.)
Bathroom cleaned 1x weekly between May- 15 Oct ( 65 Sq.ft.)
Break area cleaned 1x weekly between May 1- 15 Oct ( 266 sq. ft.)
Hallway cleaned 1x weekly between May 1-15 Oct ( 36 sq.ft.)
Items listed below are for weekly cleaning year round:
Main office 1x weekly ( 414 sq.ft.)
Conference room 1x weekly ( 230) Men’s bathroom 1x weekly (70) Women’s bathroom 1x weekly ( 80) Laboratory 1x weekly ( 576)
Total sq.ft. is 2,289 sq.ft.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, transportation, and service necessary (unless otherwise specified herein) to perform the services required.
All work shall be carried out in accordance with the below schedule:
| 1. | Until appropriate clearances are granted, work must be performed between the hours of 8 am and 3 pm mountain time. |
| 2. | After clearances are received, work can be performed outside of the above mentioned time frame after approval from the COR of the requested schedule. |
| 3. | COR approval is needed for any work performed outside of the established schedule, including any work performed over a weekend. |
| 4. | Buildings will be closed on Federal Holidays, so in the event that a scheduled work day falls on a holiday, no work will be performed that day. The COR and Contractor will determine if it is necessary to reschedule the work for a different day (in the same week). |
Tasks.
| 1. | General |
| Empty all waste containers. Empty all trash receptacles and trash in the dumpster provided (dumpster is emptied monthly – Thursday on the first full week of the month). | |
| Bags of trash shall not be left in passageways. Outdoor trash receptacles shall be kept closed and areas around them shall be kept neat and clean. | |
| Kitchen/Dining area: | |
| Clean tabletops, microwave (interior and exterior), stove top, and counters. | |
| Clean tabletop in the Conference Room | |
| Clean glass in entrance doors | |
| 2. | RESTROOMS (weekly from April 1 to October 31; twice monthly from November 1 to March 31): |
| Damp mop entire floor with germicidal solution | |
| Wash and sanitize toilet fixtures, seats, bowls, and urinals | |
| Clean lavatories thoroughly, sanitize and polish dry | |
| Damp wipe and polish mirrors, shelves, plated fixtures and piping |
Remove splashes on wall and partitions.
| Replenish paper towels in dispensers and toilet tissue | |
| Maintain soap dispensers in operable condition and supplied with soap | |
| Maintain toilet fixtures and traps free from odor | |
| Wash stall partitions and doors and walls near sinks | |
| 3 | FLOOR MAINTENANCE (includes hallways and entrances) (weekly from April 1 to October 31; twice monthly from November 1 to March 31): |
All floors shall be maintained as follows:
| Hallways/entrances/Office floors: | |
| Sweep up any obvious dirt or debris. Most often this would be dried mud which has fallen from shoes/boots. | |
| Damp/Steam mop floors. Floors should have a uniform appearance with no streaks, detergent residue, standing water, or evidence of soil. There shall be no splash marks on the walls, and soil shall not be permitted to accumulate along edges of baseboards. | |
| 4. | WINDOWS, LIGHT FIXTURES and WALLS (semi-annual, May and September) |
| Wash/wipe down all windows (interior and exterior), light fixtures and walls to remove all film, dirt, smudges and insect impact. The COR should be notified 2 weeks in advance of the scheduled cleanings. |
Windows Office: Four (4) 36” X 60” windows and one (1) 36” X 36” window Lunch Building: Four (4) 24” X 48” windows and three (3) 24” X 36” windows Light fixtures Office: Twenty-seven (27) 4-florescent bulb fixtures Lunch Building: Six (6) 2-florescent bulb fixtures
| 5. | SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS FURNISHED BY THE GOVERNMENT: The Contractor shall maintain an adequate inventory of Government furnished supplies by giving the Contractor Officer’s Representative advance notice so that orders can be placed and received on a timely basis. The following are supplied by the Government: |
| Outdoor receptacles for all waste from office. Removal of all wastes from the outdoor dumpsters, recyclables, and composting bins are the responsibility of the Government | |
| Floor mats for entrances | |
| Paper towels | |
| Toilet paper | |
| Liquid hand soap | |
| Wastebaskets | |
| Light bulbs | |
| Plastic and trash bags (small and large) | |
| Urinal cakes. |
