The NAICS code is 531120, applicable to the services industry, with a size standard of $25.5M.

The requirement is classified as a special notice and sole source procurement, meaning full and open competition is not being pursued. All interested parties may submit proposals or indicate their capability to respond by the closing response date, though this notice is not a formal competitive request. The Government reserves the right to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement based on responses received. Questions regarding this requirement should be directed to Jill Joscelyn at jill.h.joscelyn.civ@us.navy.mil. The actual PWS document detailing the specific events and performance requirements is referenced but not fully detailed in this notice.
