a) Identify, photograph, biopsy, and tag marine mammals at the SCORE range and document these efforts in a technical report.
b) Monitor tagged marine mammals, infer diving behavior, estimate tracks and integrate data into existing archives.
a) Technical Report requires only one Government review/comment cycle to accurately and completely document results of marine mammal tagging operations.
b) Technical Report and data sets are complete and accurate within the limits of the tagging technology, the marine environment and animal behavior. Estimated tracks and inferences concerning diving behavior are sound and reasonable.
Resolution of any issues with the data takes on one Government review cycle.
a) Standard is met 95% of the time.
b) Standard is met 95% of the time.
Review of the technical reports for accuracy and completeness by the Government.
4.2 Marine

Identification
A003
Photo identification and analyses of marine mammals sited on SCORE range.
Summary report of photo-identifications and analyses requires no more than one review/comment/approval cycle to meet acceptance.
Standard is met 95% of the time.
Review of report by the Government.
4.3 Complication of coincident
tag-sonar datasets

Reconciled tag-sonar data sets.
Technical reports require only one Government review/comment cycle to reconcile the data sets and resolve any issues.
