PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS STANDARD SUMMARY TABLES
Bi-Weekly Performance Requirements Standard Summary District Office and Shop Restroom – Two (2) days a week
Monitoring Method
Weekly services will be subject to visual checks by the COR.
Random Sampling of Check Lists turned in.
Customer Complaints: All complaints will be substantiated for validity.
Poor performance will result in more stringent and additional inspections.
Performance Standards & AQL & Incentives All required services are performed and no more than five (5) customer complaints are received and substantiated by the COR per calendar month. 95% AQL
Full payment will be received for acceptable work. Rework of unacceptable work will be permitted if the schedule allows for this. If the unacceptable work is not reworked, a deduction will be made.
Incentives/Disincentives:
+ Full payment for acceptable work.
+ Less stringent inspections for good performance.
+ Good evaluation for good performance.
- Rework of unacceptable work
- Additional inspection for poor performance.
- Poor evaluation on poor performance.
Required Services Performance Standards
20. A.1.
Counter Tops & Large Surface Areas
Clean and polish all counter surfaces in reception area to be free of dirt, grease, smudges, sticky spots and streaks.
20. A.2.
Waste Receptacles
All waste and trash receptacles shall be kept clean and free of debris and odor. Waste receptacles liners are replaced as needed. Waste receptacles shall not contain residue or odors after emptying and all surfaces are clean of dirt, debris, spills.
20. A.3.
Offices
All carpets shall be cleaned and free of obvious dirt and debris, and without obvious spots and stains. Floors, corners are free of trash, dirt and debris. Baseboards and other surfaces are free of equipment markings from vacuum.
Spot clean obvious stains as they occur and cleaned areas shall blend in with surrounding area.
Ashtrays shall be free of debris and filled with sand as needed.
20. A.4.
Outside Foyers &
Adjacent Areas
Sweep outside area around all outside doors and adjacent area shall be kept free of dirt and debris.
Pick up any trash laying within 100 feet on the outside of the office building and parking areas. This includes around all the bushes and trees.
20. A.5.
Shower/ Restroom
All surfaces, including sinks, water closets, urinals, partitions etc., are cleaned and disinfected. All surfaces are to be maintained at a high level of shine and cleanliness, free of scale, soap scum, rust and other deposits. All porcelain fixtures and metal surfaces are clean and bright. Doors, partitions, mirrors, and walls shall be free of obvious streaks, spots, dirt and dust. Corners, crevices, and seams shall be clean and free of dirt and/or debris. Glass surfaces are bright and clean without smudges, streaks or have a cloudy appearance. Restrooms should have an overall pleasant odor.
Tile floors and baseboards are clean and disinfected, free of dust, dirt, smudges, stains, debris and mopping residue.
All wastepaper receptacles and sanitary napkin receptacles are emptied, clean, disinfected, and deodorized. Wastebasket liners are replaced with new ones.
Restroom supplies such as soap, toilet paper and towel dispensers are fully stocked.

Front Foyer
All glass in doors and adjacent windows are clean and free of smudges, streaks, watermarks, spots, and are not cloudy. Window frames are to be free of dust, soil, bugs and other foreign material.
Vacuum rugs.
Drinking fountains and stainless-steel splash plates shall be free of dirt, water spots, stains, streaks and smudges and free of scale, encrustations and other deposits.
Tile floors, corners and baseboards are clean and free of dust, dirt, smudges, stains, debris and mopping residue. Use a cleaner that does not require rinsing.
20. A.8.
Hallway
All carpets shall be cleaned and free of obvious dirt and debris, and without obvious spots and stains. Floors, corners are free of trash, dirt and debris. Baseboards and other surfaces are free of equipment markings from vacuum.
Spot clean obvious stains as they occur and cleaned areas shall blend in with surrounding area.
20. A.9.
Reception Area
Reception area to be vacuumed, surfaces wiped down, glass door and window cleaned.
20. A.10.
Conference Room
Clean wipe down tables (use wood polish, as needed), windows and window ledges all are to be free of dirt, dust, grease, smudges, sticky spots and streaks. Use appropriate cleaner for windows and door glass.
All carpets shall be cleaned and free of obvious dirt and debris, and without obvious spots and stains. Spots and stains shall be cleaned as they occur and cleaned areas shall blend in with surrounding areas. Floors, corners, edges and areas under furniture are clean and free of trash, dirt and debris.
Spot clean conference room chairs as needed. Chairs shall be free of any dirt, debris, or fluid and fluid residue.
Dust window blinds using the appropriate cleaner.
Wipe down with appropriate cleaner, counter tops, refrigerator, and microwave.
Clean and sanitize sink area, to include water faucet and knobs.
Empty trash cans and recycle bins. Ensure new liners are put in after they are emptied.
Dust/wipe down all bookcases, TV stand and TV.
20. A.11.
Touched Surfaces
Clean and polish touched surfaces (i.e. light switches, wall areas, door frames, counter surfaces, door windows, door handles, etc.) Will be left to the discretion of the contractor to deem necessary areas, based on customer use. Areas need to be free of dirt, grease, smudges, sticky spots and streaks.

Dust below a 5-foot level of all horizontal and vertical surfaces including, but not limited to furniture, baseboards, wood molding, windowsills, bookcases, ledges, signs, wall hangings, photographs, fire alarm boxes, exhibits, top edges of privacy partitions, shelves, cabinets. Surfaces shall be kept free of obvious dust, dirt, and cobwebs.
20.B.2.
Dusting Above 5-
Foot Level
Dust furniture in all offices above a 5-foot level of all horizontal and vertical surfaces including, but not limited to tops of high bookcases and top edge of privacy partitions.
Surfaces to be free of dust, bugs, cobwebs, smudges and oil.
Annual Deep Cleaning District Office
All annual services are subject to visual inspection by the COR.
Random Sampling of Check Lists turned in.

Dust, clean and/or vacuum all window blinds. Vinyl blinds may require a liquid cleaner.
Clean in accordance with manufacture’s recommendation by type of material. Blinds are to be free of dust, bugs, cobwebs, smudges and other foreign material.
20.C.2.
Windows
All windows and screens inside and outside are clean and free of smudges, streaks, watermarks, spots and are not cloudy.
20.C.3.
Wood Walls
All wood walls are to be polished using a wood surface appropriate product. Product would be applied over the entire wall surface so there were no noticeable streaks.
20.C.4.
Lights/Skylights
Clean each light fixture as needed. Lights and Skylights are to be free from cobwebs, dust and bugs.
20.C.5.
Carpet Cleaning
Carpets shampooed with cleaning machine. Use appropriate carpet cleaning products.
Give one-week advance notice to Government. Government will pick up all small items off floor.
20.C.6.
Chairs
Vacuum upholstered furniture to remove dust, dirt and debris.
Vinyl covered furniture will be wiped clean with a damp cloth with mild detergent.
Wood chairs will be wiped clean using an oil, such as lemon oil.
Fabric is free of dust, hair and other foreign material. Vinyl chairs and upholstered chair legs are free of dust, dirt and other foreign material.
Annual Deep Cleaning Bunkhouse
All annual services are subject to visual inspection by the COR.
Random Sampling of Check Lists turned in.
Customer Complaints: All complaints will be substantiated for validity.

Refrigerator to include freezer defrosted, cleaned, sanitized, counters wiped down, microwave inside and outside clean, toaster ovens and coffee pots cleaned, stove and oven to be cleaned both inside and outside, sweeping and mopping of kitchen and dining room floor.
20.D.11 Laundry Room
Clean and sanitize washing machine, both inside andAnn out. Dryer to be cleaned and sanitized both inside and out, clean out lint traps in the dryer and lint trap located on the outside of house, clean and sanitize laundry room sink. Laundry room shelves, hanging area, etc. Sweep and Mop Laundry room floor. Ensure floor drain is clean. Wipe down all surfaces, to include windowsill, door & window casings, etc.
