About this file

This document is a Performance Evaluation Criteria for a contracted Project Manager supporting a federal contract opportunity. The key objectives and requirements for the Project Manager include:

Managing fuel reduction projects, record keeping, reporting requirements, storytelling, monitoring fuels reduction and invasive weed treatment, and planning and coordination. The Project Manager must meet specific performance standards for each task, with government-furnished data, office space, and vehicle provided. The government will conduct surveillance of the Project Manager's performance, and the contractor may be required to perform the services again at no additional cost if the standards are not met. This performance evaluation criteria supports a federal contract opportunity for a Program Manager to provide project management support for the Southern California Priority Landscape fuels reduction projects, which are implemented by contractors and non-governmental partners. The contracting agency is the Department of Agriculture Forest Service.
