About this file

This is a Performance Bond document related to the County of Orange, California's solicitation for an Online NoveList Package Subscription service. The performance bond requirement ensures that the awarded contractor will fulfill all obligations under the contract in accordance with the terms, conditions, and scope of work established by the County. The bond protects the County against contractor non-performance and serves as financial assurance that the contractor will complete the required services as specified in the solicitation. The solicitation is being conducted entirely through the County's electronic eProcurement Portal, with all bids required to be submitted online by the specified deadline.

The performance bond requirement establishes the financial and legal obligations that the successful bidder must meet upon contract award. Bidders should review all performance bond specifications and requirements prior to submission, as compliance with bonding requirements is a condition of contract award. All questions regarding the performance bond or other contract requirements should be directed through the solicitation's Question & Answer section in the eProcurement Portal, with respondents instructed not to contact County personnel directly regarding clarifications on the solicitation.
