About this file

This is a Performance Bond document related to Mobile Audiometric Testing Services for the County of Orange, Sheriff-Coroner in California. The performance bond is a standard requirement for the awarded contractor to ensure fulfillment of contract obligations. The bond guarantees that the selected contractor will perform all services in accordance with the contract terms, conditions, and scope of work. The solicitation is fully electronic, with bids submitted exclusively through the County's online eProcurement Portal. Bidders are required to review all solicitation documents, including the model contract and supporting exhibits, and submit any questions through the solicitation's Question & Answer section prior to bid submission.

The performance bond requirement establishes financial security for the County, protecting against contractor non-performance or failure to meet service delivery standards. This bonding requirement is typical for service contracts and ensures that the contractor maintains adequate insurance and financial backing throughout the contract term. Prospective bidders should contact the County's procurement support team at procurement-support@opengov.com or through the help portal at https://help.procurement.opengov.com/en/ for assistance with the electronic submission process. All inquiries regarding contract specifications, scope of work, or solicitation requirements must be directed to the solicitation platform and not to other County personnel.
