About this file
This is a Performance Bond document related to an Industrial Hardware procurement by the County of Orange, OC Public Works in California. The solicitation seeks competitive bids from qualified vendors for industrial hardware supplies through the County's electronic bidding system. Bidders are required to submit proposals exclusively through the County's eProcurement Portal, with no alternative submission methods accepted. The County has provided available information and documentation, including a model contract, scope of work, and solicitation attachments. All bidders must carefully review the solicitation materials prior to submission, and questions or requests for clarification must be submitted through the solicitation's Question & Answer section rather than direct contact with County personnel.
The performance bond document establishes the financial and contractual security requirements for the awarded contractor. As a performance bond, this instrument ensures that the contractor will fulfill all contractual obligations related to the industrial hardware supply contract. Bidders seeking assistance with the electronic submission process can contact procurement-support@opengov.com or access help resources at https://help.procurement.opengov.com/en/. The County's model contract terms and conditions will govern the relationship between the County and the awarded contractor, with the final contract to be executed between these parties upon award.
