The study will evaluate on-demand microtransit services (such as MARTA Reach), autonomous shuttle services, and enhanced vanpool programs within the four-square-mile PCID boundaries centered on the Dunwoody MARTA Rail Station. Consultants must develop service alternatives with zone definitions, service characteristics, and demand forecasts for microtransit; identify autonomous shuttle route corridors, potential partnerships, and operational considerations; and explore vanpool enhancement options with cost estimates. The RFP was issued March 3, 2026, with proposals due electronically by 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 2, 2026. Questions must be submitted by 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, with responses posted by 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 24, 2026.
