About this file

This is a Bid Response Questionnaire for PCC Quote 1705, a procurement for registration and course management software. The questionnaire seeks vendor responses to comprehensive functional requirements across multiple software modules, including general registration capabilities, course management, payment processing, course publishing and student self-registration, customer service features, financial reporting, reporting system functionality, and marketing and customer relationship management tools. The document does not specify response dates, due dates, site visits, bidder meetings, award dates, or contract terms, as it functions as a requirements checklist rather than a formal solicitation notice. Respondents are instructed to answer all questions and may modify the form format but not the questions themselves.

The questionnaire establishes detailed technical and operational specifications without providing pricing information, set-aside provisions, incumbent vendor details, or funding source information. The requirements indicate the organization seeks a comprehensive, integrated software solution capable of managing the full lifecycle of course registration and administration, from student self-service enrollment through financial management and marketing analytics. Key requirements include mobile-friendly interfaces, unlimited concurrent user capacity, cloud-based deployment, perpetual licensing options, integrated payment processing for multiple payment types, and robust reporting and dashboard functionality. The absence of pricing and administrative details in this questionnaire suggests it represents one component of a larger procurement package.
