The contractor is responsible for delivering the complete system, installation and configuration, calibration and validation, and training and support. Equipment must meet specifications and pass functional testing upon delivery. Delivery is required within 60 days after award to Marcial Garmendia at the NHLBI facility in Bethesda, Maryland (Building 12A, room 2017).
