QUESTION AND ANSWERS OF SOLICITATION NO.: RFQ: PC-16-Q-102

Q&A NO.: 01

EFFECTIVE DATE: September 19, 2016

ISSUED BY:

Office of Acquisitions and Contract Management (OACM) Peace Corps 1111 20th Street, NW Washington, DC 20526

Point of Contact: Shanelle Jackson, Contract Specialist

NAME AND ADDRESS OF RESPONDENTS: To All Responders

Questions and answers to the above numbered Solicitation are as set forth below.

DESCRIPTION OF AMENDMENT

PURPOSE: To clarify the Solicitation requirements by responding to questions submitted under the Solicitation. Unless specifically noted, all specifications remain unchanged.

Questions:

1. Does the Peace Corps currently have an LMS in place for their Web-based training? If so, what LMS is Peace Corps using (e.g., Blackboard, Canvas, SumTotal)?

Answer: Yes, Remote Learner

2. Perhaps more important, would the Peace Corps extend the deadline for proposals by one week to 27 September 2016? The answers released today went a long way toward defining the requirements of this solicitation but leave only two business days for vendors respond.

Answer: Given the number of days left until the end of the Government’s fiscal year, we are unable to extend this requirement.

3. In Section 6 of the RFQ it says we need to attach something called a Domestic Vendor File Request Form. I did not see anything to download. Would you provide clarification on this attachment?

Answer: The attachment has been uploaded to FBO.
