About this file
This file is a proprietary software notice letter from PC Database Solutions to the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife (ODFW) regarding the Oregon Fixed Gear Logbook software system. The letter asserts PC Database Solutions' proprietary rights over the custom software and stipulates that any maintenance or updates must be performed exclusively by PC Database Solutions due to the proprietary nature of the product.
The document includes a screenshot of the software's main interface, which displays the Oregon Fixed Gear Logbook system with the ODFW logo, navigation menus for Fixed Gear Logs and Database Administration, and options to add new logs or search existing ones. The interface shows a copyright notice dating 2009-2014 PC Database Solutions, with version 1.36 (04/28/14) noted. The system appears to be used for managing fishing vessel logbook data, as evidenced by the fishing vessel image displayed in the interface.
