About this file
This document outlines the technical specifications and requirements for a Patrol Vehicle Accessories contract opportunity for the State of Nevada and its local jurisdictions, including Washoe County and Reno City. The contract seeks a SS-3000B-NHP Smart System Load Management System with Signal Master, including a microphone, speaker, and related accessories. The system must meet detailed technical specifications regarding dimensions, construction, connectivity, and functionality. The contract is intended for use by all State of Nevada agencies, the University and Community College System, the Court System, the Legislative Counsel Bureau, Counties, Cities, School Districts, and all Nevada political subdivisions. The contract term and renewal options are not specified.
The document also includes pricing terms, indicating that price increases will not be honored during the first contract term, and that price adjustments may be allowed after the first term based on changes in the contractor's supplier prices. The Nevada Highway Patrol has a preference for the manufacturer and models stated in the document. Orders may be placed directly with the awarded vendor by individual state agencies up to $5,000, while orders over that amount must be processed through the State Purchasing Division. Political subdivisions within Nevada may also order directly from the awarded vendor.
