About this file

This document contains a past performance survey template for references and a related federal contract opportunity for the purchase and delivery of a new snowmobile.

It requests ratings and comments on quality, schedule, cost control, management/business relations, and an overall performance rating. References are asked if they would work with the contractor again.

The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation issued by the Dillon Ranger District, White River National Forest to purchase and deliver one new snowmobile to Glenwood Springs, Colorado. Interested vendors must submit a quote with pricing, pictures of the offered snowmobile, and either a completed past performance survey from references within the last five years or a vendor experience questionnaire. The solicitation number is 1240LQ24Q0016. Questions may be directed to the purchasing agent Andy Hopkins by phone or email.
