About this file

This is a Past Performance Questionnaire for the Immersion Suit Services BPA solicitation (1305M326Q0475) issued by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Alaska Fisheries Science Center. The questionnaire is a template designed to evaluate contractor experience and capability in providing inspection, repair, and certification services for immersion suits, specifically for Stearns, Imperial, Mustang, and KENT brand models.

The questionnaire template requests that prospective contractors provide detailed information about their past performance on similar projects, including project descriptions, relevant experience with immersion suit services, client references, timeline of work completion, and demonstrated technical expertise in inspection and certification protocols. Contractors are expected to document their qualifications and successful delivery of comparable services to establish credibility and capability for performing the required immersion suit maintenance and certification work under this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) vehicle with NOAA.
