About this file

This is a Bill of Materials and project design documentation for an Intrusion Detection System (IDS) and Access Control System (ACS) installation at Rickenbacker Air National Guard Base, Building 888. The project encompasses equipment procurement and installation across two primary functional areas: IDS field equipment and access control field equipment, with deployment limited to Combat Crew Communications Room 1433 and supporting areas. The IDS equipment includes monitoring stations, IG2 LAN FIPS components, INFRATOUCH keypads, high-security switches, motion sensors, and tamper switches from multiple manufacturers including Advantor and MAG. Access control equipment consists of proximity readers with PIN capability, electronic door strikes, request-to-exit sensors, power supplies, and batteries. Miscellaneous components include cabling, connectors, mounting hardware, and conduit.

Advantor Systems Corporation (CAGE Code 1S063, UEI RKUTRVHPGKP7) is the prime contractor, leveraging its GSA Contract Number GS-07F-039DA. The design concept documentation illustrates a comprehensive network architecture integrating video management systems, network video recorders, CCTV cameras, network switches, firewalls, fiber optic infrastructure, and communication cabinets. Payment terms require Net 30 days after invoice receipt, with prompt payment discounts of 1.5% for GSA orders paid within 20 days or 2% for non-GSA orders within 10 days. Quantity discounts apply to delivery orders exceeding $250,000, with tiered discounts up to 1.5% at $1,000,000. Advantor provides FOB Origin shipping with freight prepaid, standard commercial packaging, and project scheduling upon contract finalization, including system operational training within 30 days of installation. Warranty coverage includes three years for Advantor-manufactured equipment, one year for installation workmanship, and manufacturer-specified periods for subsystems and components.
