Is the contractor responsible for creating new artwork or just modifying existing artwork?
NJARNG Marketing Department will create artwork.
Is the artwork going to be the same for all 20 fully wrapped buses?
Yes
Can we provide an hourly cost for our graphic design services?
N/A
Do we include our agency fees in the pricing for each county? If not, do we include our agency fees in the total amount for the base year and the three optional years?
Include in the total amount of the base and option years.
How do we show or provide our validation to advertise on the selected buses in the designated counties?
A signed letter by the appropriate transit authority will suffice authorizing you to place ads.
The RFP says “Full Wraps” and then mentions King Size poster dimensions…as well as Bus Tail dimensions We would like a full wrap if possible for the price if not then the three dimensions is fine.
My question is would you like both Full Wrap costs and other sized media forms such as Ultra Super Kings, King Sized Posters and Bus Tails?
Yes
It says “20 Full Wrapped buses” and ask for info by county…so should we have 20 buses in total or 20 buses in each of the counties they are targeting? 20 in each county would be a big difference.
20 in total
What are the ads/artwork in question? Are they ad material provided by the NJ National Guard or is the contractor responsible for obtaining ad contracts with various advertisers?
Yes provided by the marketing team from the New Jersey Army National Guard
Where is the work to be done? In NJ Transit yards/garages?
That is up to the vendor, not the NJARNG.
Who coordinates with NJ Transit for the availability of the vehicles?
The vendor.
How long are ads required to be on the vehicles and is there a rotation or refreshing of the ads on a continuous basis on the 20 buses?
1yr with 3 option years
Can you provide insight on where or who authorizes advertisements in New Jersey? Is it a state license that is required?
That is for the vendor to determine.
How does the contractor obtain ridership and route data from NJ Transit?
That is for the vendor to determine.
