About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for federal contract opportunity W91QF4-26-R-A022, a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Installation HVAC Ventilation and Duct Cleaning services.
The opportunity is set aside exclusively for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), with prime contractors required to be registered in SAM.gov with this certification. The government will provide all replacement filters following the cleaning work, eliminating the contractor's responsibility for filter procurement. Testing results from the HVAC systems that prompted the cleaning initiative are ongoing and will not be made available to bidders during this solicitation, though such results were discussed during site visits.

W91QF4-26-R-A022 Installation HVAC Ventilation and Duct Cleaning BPA
Question: According to Form 1449, this is a Disable Veteran Owned SB set-a-side opportunity - is that the case or is this open to any business to be able to bid as prime?
Response: The prime contractor must be registered in SAM.gov. as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
Question: Will filters be provided for replacement after cleaning, or will they need to be provided by the contractor. If the contractor needs to provide can a filter size and count list be provided?
Response: The government is responsible for the replacement filters.
Question: Will/can the results of the material from the HVAC Systems that was tested be shared?
Response: That was a discussion point during the site visit, however, the government is only aware of the cleaning to be removed. The testing results are on-going and not available for this solicitation.
