About this file

This document is a Request for Information (RFI) for the 82nd Airborne Division's tents and chairs contract for an event from August 25-28, 2025. Key requirements include white tents and white folding chairs, with 300 chairs required under each 40x40 tent and 100 chairs being staged. Tent installation specifications mandate staking into the ground for stability, and vendors must include fire packages in their quote. The event will take place during the day at Pike Field (a grassy and sandy area at Fort Bragg), with multiple military members present to direct tent and chair placement. Contractors must have Real IDs and report to gate 16 on the first day, with a contingency indoor location available in case of inclement weather. The first event date is August 25 (rehearsal), with the main event on August 28. The Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) will submit the required dig permit to DPW, and while vendors can store extra equipment on-site, the chairs will be set up by Soldiers, not the contractors.
