About this file
This document is a Clarification for Solicitation W911SF-26-Q-A001 for hotel room accommodations for Trainee Soldiers in the Atlanta area. The requirement is for 44 double rooms across two separate blocks: Block 1 from 18-20 December 2025 and Block 2 from 3-5 January 2026. Key specifications include that the hotel must be located within 1-2 miles of Atlanta International Airport, provide a 24-hour airport shuttle, and be within the Gateway Center Campus area.
The solicitation requires the contractor to secure and hold rooms, with payments processed through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system. No specific hotel class is required, but all rooms must be double occupancy. The Contracting Officer will handle potential changes through additional Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs), including provisions for room quantity adjustments, incidental fees, and potential late check-in/check-out arrangements. Bidders must be registered in Sam.gov with NAICS code 721110, and it is preferred that all service members be housed in a single hotel or sister property.
