Question 1: The RFP references a Performance Work Statement (PWS) - particularly a paragraph 3.1 - which was not indicated in the RFP file provided. Could you kindly clarify the location of the Performance Work Statement?

Answer 1: The PWS is on pages 26-36 of the PDF document. There is not a paragraph for 3.1.

Context to Question 2: Clarification regarding what appears to be a discrepancy in the solicitation. Specifically:

• On page 3, the requirement is described as a contract to support "pharmacy management functions such as prescription processing, patient record management, inventory control, regulatory compliance, and reporting"

• However, in Section 1.3 and 1.4 of the General Information (beginning on page 26), the described objective focus on "support for a website and addressing department challenges, including user training, technical support and software updates" as well as "tracking of staff training, cleaning records, and testing to meet USP 797 and USP 800 compliance and Joint Commission standards".

Question 2: Whether the primary intent of this contract is focused on pharmacy operations, or it is specifically for USP 797/800 compliance and associated training/documentation tools?

Answer 2: The intent of this contract is for a specialized software solution with USP 797/800 compliance and associated training/documentation tools.

Question 3: If paragraph 3.1 in the PWS further clarifies this, would you be able to confirm where that section can be found?

There is no paragraph 3.1. Please refer to paragraph 5.1 of the PWS on page 32 of the PDF.

Question 4: Can we be provided with official access to the current program?

Answer 4: No access to the current program will be authorized.

Question 5: Units are placed at a standard 20 per unit, what are these units referring to exactly? Months, updates, working hours, etc.
