About this file

This is a Panel Systems Reconfiguration Agreement form issued by the Bureau of Correctional Enterprises (BCE), located in Madison, Wisconsin. The document serves as a customer agreement template for reconfiguration projects involving panel systems, with BCE acting as the service provider and installer for various customers requiring workspace reconfiguration services.

The agreement establishes terms and conditions for panel system reconfiguration projects where customers must provide certain materials from their existing inventory (Customer Owned Material - COM) while BCE supplies additional required materials through their formal project quote process. The document includes a comprehensive inventory table for tracking item descriptions, quantities, item locations, and installer verification of materials. Key provisions include project suspension if customer-owned materials are not available during installation, rescheduling requirements for missing parts, and mandatory customer and BCE sales member signatures with dates for verification of COM parts and materials. The form ensures all necessary project materials are available and accounted for before installation teams arrive on-site, with no specific pricing, contract amounts, or renewal terms detailed in this template document.
