All pricing must be all-inclusive in U.S. dollars, including credit card processing fees, with line item pricing by unit and total contract value entered in Block 26. Additional requirements include SAM database registration prior to award, SF 1449 completion with company details and CAGE/NCAGE codes, hotel cancellation guidelines submission, and invoicing to the 410th CSB RCO Miami addressed to Christina Tellechea. The place of performance is Bridgetown, Barbados, and payment will be made via MasterCard Government Purchase Card following receipt of itemized invoices referencing the contract number, CLINs, delivery dates, and quantities.
