Each packing table must have a 1-3/4-inch butcher block top minimum that must be sealed and rounded on the lane’s edges. The tops and sides of each table and bin must be free and clear of any snag points.
Units will come with installation and not be mobile. Leather, Cordura or similar cover with 1/2-inch padding must come on each packing lane 8-feet in length. Packing lanes must be sturdy and be able to hold up 200-pounds per square meter.
Screen Size:
Weight:
xxx
Must be able to withstand the minimum weight requirements listed above in descriptions. Weight of tables are a non-issue as long as they are not mobile and do not move during the pack process. If pieces are used to construct the packing lane, they must be adjoined together so they cannot separate during packing process.
Warranty:
xxx
Packing lanes, tables, and storage bins must come with a 1-year warranty minimum.
Features:
xxx
Each front and rear table must contain an anchor point spreader bar 3-inches wide with a 1/2-inch clearance in the center of the front and rear table at the end of each packing lane. This point it used to attach tension devices and must be able to withstand 400-pounds of tension.
Accessories:
xxx
Each packing lane must consist of storage and CTK bins on the front and rear of the lanes. CTK bins must contain 5 drawers with the following dimension heights: 3 each 4-inch, 1 each 8-inch, and 1 each 10-inch-high drawers. The drawers must be able to hold up to 80-lbs per drawer. The storage bins under the rest of the table must be snag free and must be accessible from both sides of the packing lanes and must be able to be closed with drawers. each storage bin must be able to hold 200-pounds per square meter without damaging or bending the bottom (if sheet metal is used). Adjustments to
CTK and storage bins are authorized as long as they are approved by the 68 RQS AFES or AFE Safety Supervisor
Minimum Safety Specs: xxx
Entire packing lane must be snag free. Nylon canopies are being packed on these tables and drape over the sides of the tables. It is acceptable if the drawers are 34-inches in depth and the butcher block is 38 inches wide for the top of the table to assist in snag proofing. But all drawer handles or hinges must not create snag points for canopy material.
