The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Southeast (NAVFAC SE) is conducting a market survey to identify alternative sources capable of providing equipment with performance parity to the brand-name products currently specified. The primary requirement is a Network Video Recorder (NVR) that must fully integrate with the existing AMAG Symmetry Enterprise video surveillance system, specifically matching or exceeding the capabilities of the AMAG Symmetry CompleteView 7.4.2 manufactured by AMAG Technology. The NVR must feature a Xeon E-2488 processor, 64 GB RAM, Windows Server 2019 Standard Embedded Operating System, 2 x 480 GB M.2 SATA SSD with RAID 1 configuration, up to 140 TB video storage capacity, dedicated iDRAC Ethernet port, VGA and serial ports, and 2U rack mounting capability with a minimum 5-year warranty. Secondary requirements include indoor and outdoor dome camera systems with full integration into the AMAG Symmetry Enterprise system, capable of 2 MP color imaging, 1/2.8" CMOS sensor, forensic wide dynamic range, 0.08 lux minimum illumination, PoE Class 3 power, 1920x1080 maximum resolution at 60 frames per second, day/night functionality, and advanced security features including signed OS, Secure Boot, and Secure Keystore certification (CC EAL6+, FIPS 140-3 Level 3). The competitive products identified are the AXIS P3275-LVE dome camera and AXIS P3818-PVE multisensor camera manufactured by AXIS Communications.
