About this file

This document contains architectural sketches and photographs documenting existing plumbing infrastructure in Room 127 of Building 138. The sketches show two different room configurations with detailed measurements and plumbing layouts. Page 1 (labeled "BLDG. 138 RM. 227") depicts a room measuring approximately 20.5" in width with hot and cold water lines at floor level, a drain connection at floor level (marked 6½"), and measurements indicating 7/10.5" horizontal distances and 15.9" vertical spacing. Page 2 (labeled "BLDG. 138 RM. 127") shows a similar room layout measuring 4'6" in width with hot and cold water penetrations at floor level, a drain connection through the thru wall, and various dimensional notations including 8½", 11.9", and 11½" measurements.

The accompanying photographs provide visual documentation of the actual existing plumbing conditions in Room 127. The images show exposed piping infrastructure including multiple vertical pipes with various valves and fittings, flexible supply lines, and a drain assembly at floor level. The pipes appear to be copper or similar metallic material, with some visible wear and mineral deposits. These sketches and photographs serve as baseline documentation of the current plumbing configuration, presumably for planning renovation, upgrade, or modification work in these rooms.
