A backup refrigeration system with separate evaporator and condenser units must be installed to provide redundancy in case primary cooling fails. All work must comply with OEM specifications using new parts only, adhere to OSHA safety standards, and be performed by qualified licensed refrigeration technicians. The contractor is responsible for all permits, waste removal, equipment transportation, and lifts.
