About this file

The contractor must provide and maintain multiple software applications including AudioPREFILL, TM-PREFILL, and ACS-TM-BASE for prescription notification services across three Meds by Mail locations (Dublin GA, Cheyenne WY, and Murfreesboro TN).

The contract includes a 12-month base period with four one-year renewal options. Key deliverables include installation and operation of text messaging and audio notification systems that integrate with VA's VistA system, providing SMS licensing for 120,000 texts annually, real-time prescription notifications, and patient refill reminders. The system must include specific filtering capabilities, transaction reporting, and security features. The contractor must provide 24/7 emergency telephone support and complete all deliverables within 90 days of award. The related pre-solicitation notice (36C10B25Q0119) indicates this is currently in the market research phase through an RFI issued by the VA Technology Acquisition Center.
