The detailed specifications include numerous custom features such as an additional 6" exterior height, reinforced structural components, electrical and lighting upgrades, interior and exterior mounting options, insulation, storage solutions, and custom decals.

The document outlines specific contractor requirements including precise product documentation, delivery to the VA hospital, and contact protocols with the Emergency Preparedness Coordinator. Operational parameters specify work hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm), observed federal holidays, and strict security and property protection guidelines. Contractors must wear identification, follow parking regulations, and adhere to VA safety standards. The trailer procurement aims to improve the hospital's emergency response flexibility and mass decontamination operational capabilities by providing a modern, versatile mobile support unit.
