About this file
The file is an Excel spreadsheet (P01 Air Emissions List 2024.xlsx) detailing a comprehensive inventory of fuel combustion devices and their greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions potential across multiple buildings. The inventory includes 21 devices spanning emergency generators, boilers, water heaters, and other equipment, with specifics such as device type, identifier, fuel type, and maximum design capacity. Devices are located in Buildings 3, 6, 9, 19, and 21, primarily using natural gas or diesel fuel, with capacities ranging from 40,000 Btu/hr to 750 kW.
The related federal contract opportunity is a pre-solicitation notice (Solicitation Number: 36C25025Q0410) for Air Emission Survey Inventory Services at the Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center in Saginaw, Michigan. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a firm fixed-price contract under NAICS Code 541620, with a size standard of $19 million. The solicitation will be electronically issued on or about March 14, 2025, via SAM.gov, and requires potential bidders to be registered and active in the System for Award Management. No phone, fax, or email inquiries will be accepted for this pre-solicitation notice.

| Facility Fuel Combustion GHG Worksheet | |||||
| Use this worksheet to collect basic information about the fuel combustion devices/ equipment that generate GHGs at your facility. This information will be useful to calculate the potential to emit (PTE) of Carbon Dioxide equivalent for each device then totaled at the bottom for a facility-wide PTE. | |||||
| 1) Device Type (boiler, generator, oven, dryer, water heater (WH), space heater, emergency generator, engines/ compressors, other fuel combustion devices such as heat treatment equipment | 2) Identifier (example, SN (S), Model # (M), EE#) | 3) Fuel combusted (natural gas, propane, fuel oil) | 4) Max Design Capacity (MMBtu/ hr, Btu/Hr, kW) found on nameplate of the unit | 5) Identified in an Air Permit?
