About this file
This document is a Purchase Order Request for Proposals (PORFP) for the PBX IV- Telecommunications Equipment and Services Master Contract 7 in Maryland. It is being issued by the Maryland Department of Labor (MDOL)/Unemployment Insurance Agency. The PORFP is seeking maintenance and support services for the Noble IVR core system and licenses for a period from 1/1/2024 through 9/30/2024. The PORFP is limited to current Master Contractors under the PBX IV Telecommunications Equipment Services Master Contract 001B0600162 and does not have any Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) or Veteran-owned Small Business Enterprise (VSBE) participation goals. Proposals are due by 12/1/2023 at 2:00 PM.
The evaluation criteria prioritize meeting the specification requirements, alignment with the PORFP's special instructions, lowest cost to the State of Maryland, and acknowledgement of the invoicing instructions. The agency will recommend award to the Master Contractor whose proposal is determined to be the most advantageous based on price and the stated evaluation factors.
