About this file
This document is a Sole Source solicitation (SS-605050) issued by Seminole County, Florida for Ozonia® Ozone Generator Components and Service. The county intends to award a sole-source procurement to Veolia Water Technologies Treatment Solutions USA Inc. for specialized ozone generator components and services, including IGBTs, PSU electronic components, dielectrics, fuses, and ozone generator internals specifically for Ozonia ozone generators. The solicitation was released on June 2, 2025, with a deadline for questions on June 11, 2025, and a response deadline of June 18, 2025, at 2:00 pm. Vendors who believe they can provide equivalent goods are invited to respond, with the understanding that if alternative vendors demonstrate capability, Seminole County may cancel the sole source and pursue a competitive solicitation.
The procurement is explicitly structured as a non-competitive sole source acquisition based on Veolia Water Technologies' April 1, 2025 correspondence claiming proprietary status for these specialized ozone generator components. The solicitation requires potential vendors to complete a Sole Source Response form and upload supporting documentation if they believe they can provide equivalent products or services. The contact for this opportunity is Liduvina Torres, Senior Procurement Analyst in the Resource Management - Purchasing & Contracts department, who can be reached at ltorres@seminolecountyfl.gov or (407) 665-7117. Responses must be submitted electronically through the https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/seminolefl portal.
