About this file
This document appears to be an informational guide about a technical issue in the OhioBuys system related to item sorting for Orphan Well projects. The document explains a recent update in the OhioBuys platform that causes project items to display alphabetically instead of matching the original order in the Scope of Work (SOW) Quantity Sheet.
The guide provides a step-by-step solution for users to manually reorder items by clicking the up arrow on the "CODE" column, which will restore the original item sequence as it appears in the Scope of Work. This technical guidance is specifically targeted at users managing Orphan Well projects within the OhioBuys procurement system, helping them maintain accurate item presentation and alignment with original project documentation.
