Personnel need to be able to travel the wingspan of the aircraft is 161'-0"and the length of the aircraft is 160'-0". A track length with overhangs on both ends is dual trussed track and can support 2 users that can pass each other on the vertical stabilizer of the aircraft. Trolleys need to have auto-brake technology and have fixed stops at each end. This track will be over the tail of the aircraft. Include sway bracing if needed and include self-retracting lanyard with motorized taglines. The overhead safety restraint/fall restraint need to allow for a minimum of 2 personnel(reference technical below for specifications) for vertical stabilizer access of the aircraft which is 55'-1" from the ground and allow members to traverse 67'-0" on top of the vertical stabilizer.
