The SOW provides the background, scope, objectives, and tasks required for the annual and semi-annual routine maintenance and repair services on the generators located at five sites in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The tasks include changing engine oil, replacing filters, and performing inspections and transfer tests. The period of performance is to be determined (TBD), and travel costs are already calculated into the maintenance and repair pricing. There are no known security requirements, and the work will be performed on-site at the government facilities with FBI personnel present as needed. This SOW is related to a pre-solicitation Request for Information (RFI) for OTD Generator Maintenance and Repair, which may be used to formulate final requirements and identify qualified vendors.
