Delivery locations include multiple sites across Northern Nevada, such as Elko, Rye Patch Reservoir, Lahontan Reservoir, and various ponds and lakes in Reno, Washoe County, Gardnerville, Fallon, and Winnemucca. All delivery charges must be included in the fish pricing, and vendors must maintain a mortality rate below 2.5%. While there are no set-asides for Minority Business Enterprise, Women Business Enterprise, or Small Business, the state encourages participation from these categories. Vendors must also provide a discount percentage from their regular product line for additional items beyond those specifically listed in the ITB.
