QUESTIONS AND RESPONSES

OSORA-393-0007

1. After careful review, I see that it states the submittal shall be no more than ten (10) pages, but do not see any additional requirement for submission: Font, Past Performances to be Included, etc. – can you please advise and provide guidance, if there is specific information, to ensure proper submittal. Response should be a Word document with the information as requested via the Evaluation Criteria. Yes Past Performance may be included.

1. Statement of Work states, “the Contractor shall furnish all the necessary services, qualified personnel, material, equipment, and facilities, not otherwise provided by the Government…” – can you please advise if a Computer or what other material and/or equipment is needed to be included in our pricing? Computer/Laptop

1. Is there any other Contractor-Related Equipment that needs to be included in the Cost Assumptions (Computer, Cellphone, Travel, etc.) No. However it is the Government’s expectation for contractor to have a cellphone and email access.

1. It is stated that the Place of Performance is Windsor Mill, MD, can you please confirm if the work will all be done on-site? Remote? Or a mixture of both (Hybrid)? There is no on-site work needed. All work is remote.

1. Is there a level of Security Clearance that is or will be required? While there are some general security requirements you will be required to meet , there is a not a specific “Level of Security Clearance” .
