About this file
This is an OregonBuys Posting Page for a Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued by Marion County, Oregon, for pumping and service of vault toilets, septic tanks, holding tanks, and sumps located at various Marion County parks and other designated sites. The RFQ seeks qualified vendors to provide regular maintenance and pumping services for these facilities on an ongoing basis. The scope of work includes emptying and cleaning vault toilets, septic systems, and holding tanks at multiple park locations throughout Marion County. The contract is structured as a service agreement with anticipated regular service calls throughout the contract term, with specific frequency and scheduling requirements to be detailed in the RFQ specifications.
The RFQ does not specify a fixed pricing structure but requests quotations from interested vendors for the outlined pumping and maintenance services. Marion County may award the contract to one or multiple vendors based on responsiveness, qualifications, and pricing competitiveness. The posting indicates this is an open competitive solicitation with no identified set-asides or incumbent contractor restrictions. Interested vendors should review the complete RFQ documents available on OregonBuys for detailed specifications regarding service locations, required frequencies, equipment standards, and any licensing or insurance requirements necessary to perform septic and vault toilet pumping services in Marion County.
