About this file

This document is an OregonBuys Posting Page and Request for Quotes (RFQ) issued by Marion County for the supply and maintenance of standard portable toilet units for county-owned trailers. The RFQ, designated PW1361-23, was released on May 1, 2023, with questions due by May 5, 2023, at 5:00 PM PST and offers due by May 11, 2023, at 5:00 PM PST. All submissions, questions, and document access are managed through the Marion County Procurement Collaboration Portal at https://contracts-marioncountygcc.msappproxy.net/gateway/. Prospective respondents must create an account on the portal at least 15-30 minutes before submitting files, register as a respondent, and submit their responses through the designated "My Files" subsection with appropriate file categorization and descriptions.

The document does not specify pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent contractors, contract duration, renewal options, or funding sources and amounts. The RFQ focuses primarily on portal procedures and submission logistics rather than detailed scope of work specifications. Respondents are directed to the Public Files subsection of the portal to access all relevant RFQ documents and supporting materials necessary to prepare their quotations.
