About this file

This document is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the VA Network Contracting Office (NCO) 9 seeking market research for a Software License and Support requirement. The solicitation (36C24925AP1481) is a pre-solicitation notice targeting potential contractors to provide information about their capabilities for software licensing and support services. The opportunity is classified under NAICS code 541519 and PSC code DB10, with responses required to include company details, size status, service capability statements, SAM Entity Unique Identifier, contact information, and examples of similar work.

Contractors are encouraged to specify their certification status (SDVOSB, VOSB, Hub zone, 8(a), women-owned) and indicate potential joint venture plans. While this is not a formal solicitation, interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and submit responses via email to mario.russell@va.gov. The government emphasizes that this RFI is for information and planning purposes only, responses are not binding offers, and a formal solicitation will be published on SAM.gov at a later date. Responders are responsible for their own response expenses, and no telephone inquiries will be accepted.
