The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to questions received from industry, and to extend the due date from July 15, 2016 at 1500 (3:00 p.m.) Eastern Standard Time
(EST) to July 18, 2016 at 1500 (3:00 p.m.) EST. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. (AT #18431).

Q6: Please provide the per quarter quantity for each job order delivery method:

R6: Quantities are unknown until the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) receives the requirement as the need arises.
Q7: From whom will awardee receive job orders?
R7: Requirements can come from any Federal agency through an Interagency Agreement (IAA), but BPA call orders will be placed through OPM.
Q8: For each order, will we have a hiring manager or other point of contact for follow up questions regarding the opportunity?
R8: Contact information will be provided on each Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) call.
Q9: Will a job order:
a. Include accessibility constraints related to the physical environment?
b. Identify the accessibility tools available to perform the work?
c. Identify the exact location of the job?
R9: All information pertaining to a particular BPA call order will be detailed in the Statement of Objectives (SOO).
Q10: Will the hiring manager provide feedback on candidates submitted/interviewed?
a. At what part of the process does this occur?
R10: Candidate feedback is at the discretion of the requesting agency.
Q11: Will our candidate pool be located on an OPM system?
R11: Yes. Page 12 of the solicitation indicated, “To support this effort, the contractor shall be required to, but is not limited to the following: Apply any new recruited candidates to the Shared List on the MAX Federal Community.”
Q12: How will we indicate/tag the resume with our organization as the source?
R12: The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Max.gov site allows the organization to include its name.
Q13: What percentage of the jobs typically require a top secrete clearance (other clearances?)
R13: This varies depending on need and clearance levels, if any, will be noted in specific SOO’s for each BPA call order.
Q14: Are there any basic skills tests required prior to submission of candidate?
