Question 1:

What is the OPIC's current COA built with? Is it using the Oracle Financials application that is apart of Oracle EBS? Is more information about what’s currently in place available? (submitted 11/4/16) Government answer (11/4/16):

It is using the Oracle standard functionality which is the Oracle Subledger Accounting engine to drive transaction posting logic.

This is a new requirement.

Question 6:

This will be a firm, fixed-priced contract. Any travel expenses anticipated or known by a bidder and the bases of estimates for those expenses should be bid as part of that total price and detailed in the cost/price volume so their reasonableness may be evaluated. OPIC does not desire to establish a T&M travel ODC CLIN for this contract but retains the right to do so if OPIC deems it is a reasonable and necessary expense to fund. Furthermore, no fee will be paid on any travel expenses deemed necessary.

Question 7:

How many standard reports currently exist? (submitted 11/6/16) Government answer (11/7/16):

Some Oracle out-of-the-box reports are used, but most of the reporting has been custom developed due to the two sets of books housed in one chart of accounts. Approximately 80 critical reports and queries may need to updated.
