Questions and Answers – RFQ OPIC-17-Q-0006
1) Is OPIC looking for a tear sheet on each transaction? Or just a summary what the search will yield?
In lieu of a tearsheet for each transaction, offerors may provide an Excel spreadsheet that itemizes each transaction and provides sufficient detail for each to demonstrate that you can meet the requirements.
2) What information will suffice for each transaction? Offerors should provide an amount and/or level of detail of project deal information sufficient to demonstrate that their database can reasonably meet our information requirements.
3) What forms do offerors need to submit? Please submit a Volume 1 Technical Quote and Volume 2 Price Quote IAW the instructions on pages 5-6 of the RFQ. Also submit Attachment 3, the pricing sheet.
4) Will all the users be sitting in the same site or will they be spread out throughout the country? While OPIC currently has 5 individuals placed in overseas offices, all other staff work in the Washington, D.C. headquarters. At this time, we do not expect that the 5 individuals who are overseas will be users of the service. If you would like to provide pricing options to include them, we will review. However, you must also submit a pricing option that is applicable to DC headquarters staff only.
5) Can you please provide some clarity on how many teams and offices will need access to the database? OPIC’s finance team consists of a Structured Finance group and a Small and Medium Enterprise group. Members of this finance team are expected to compose the core user group.
