Note: Proposals are accepted via email: Glenda.Martin@opic.gov

1. QUESTION: Can you please confirm that we DO NOT need to complete blocks 12, 17, 23, 24, & 30.

ANSWER: Yes. This is to confirm that you do not need to complete blocks 12, 17, 13, 14, & 30.

2. QUESTION: Also, could you please provide me with a list of what are considered “OPIC Countries” as indicated on page 7 of the previously-attached solicitation?

ANSWER: The list of OPIC countries are found on OPIC internet site: https://www.opic.gov/doing-business/us/OPIC-policies/where-we-operate

3. QUESTION: Lastly, can you confirm that for the proposal you are looking for a short PDF, including one or two sample reports, describing BMI Services and the associated pricing?

ANSWER:

Yes, we would like to see a short PDF that includes one or two sample reports. Please see requirements for the desired reports.

4. QUESTION: One more question – on page 7 of 16, under Proposal Instructions section 8, the solicitation asks for Base pricing plus 4 option years as well as firm/fixed price for each year. Could you please clarify what this means and what the difference between the two is?

ANSWER: The Base pricing which is the base year is the first year of the contract. The contract normally is set for 5 years, therefore, the base year plus 4 addtional (option) years. The firm fixed price is the price of the proposal that is fixed at the particular price and would not exceed that amount, therefore, it is referred as a fixed price.
